The best I ever had purchasing/leasing a car.  Andres Jimenez was very polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable about the CX-9.  He's an excellent salesperson and I look forward to dealing with him (I'll be requesting him) when I turn the vehicle in, in 2 years.

My father, my wife and I visited your dealership on a rainy Friday night a couple of weeks ago at 8:15pm to look at some cars.  Andres Cardona was extremely courteous and made us feel relaxed in taking the time to pick out a vehicle and take a test drive.  We had no experience with Mazda so asked if we could test drive a CX-9, we thought Andres would have said no since the dealership was closed at this point but he said "Let me get the keys, even if you don't buy the car you'll get a better feel for what you like and what you don't like."  We came back the next morning and purchased the CX-9.  Andres was the first salesperson we have dealt with that was not pushy and genuinely wanted to help us, my family has purchased a lot of cars in the past and we cannot think of one person that gave us the same level of service/attention that he did.  We were not surprised to receive the couple of followup calls from him and have recommended him 100% to our family and friends.
